Yoga Exercises - Healthy Lifeline With The Yoga Experience

No debate can arise from Yoga Exercises or is questionable on just how powerful yoga can be. Yoga has proven to give beneficial rewards to millions of people in helping them to keep in shape while at the same time assisting them to lead a healthy lifestyle. Your health and yoga is a match made in heaven. Yoga Exercises and the people who practice regular routines are finding it easier to cope with stress on top of easing body aches and pains.

Times have changed dramatically from the days of yesterday - in the days gone by life was a struggle for families - but some how they coped with the illnesses that plagued and terrorised their well being. In those days you never seen a jogger a treadmill or come to think of it any form of exercise like yoga. The only thing that the modern world has in common from the days of the notorious Jack the ripper is the plague. Citizens today are plagued by stress brought on by pressure from work commitments to running the home and much more. Why do we put up with the torment of coping like the people of yesterday who were a lot less fortunate than ourselves - where their options to help reduce any health risks were zilch?

Yes changes have dramatically altered but in our best interest where health matters is a major concern.

Yoga Exercises do go back to ancient times but why did so many poor unfortunate urchins die from cholera etc while trying to pick a pocket or two. The answer to that is there was no awareness programme administered on how to stay healthy and fit. (Which may have helped save lives?) Could this be the reason why so many children have been introduced to Yoga Exercises by their parents in the 21st century?

Yoga exercises for children start with simple and easy moves - yoga moves and poses for kids are normally named after animals to make it more fun as well as interesting. For example the butterfly pose is very popular among the children - this exercise includes where the child will sit with their knees bent leaning down towards the floor and the soles of the feet slightly touching. Parents are becoming more involved with health maintenance procedures in keeping their children fit and healthy.

By enlisting your kiddies to join local yoga classes you have just thrown them a lifeline where they will learn more on body awareness. One of the main reasons for introducing a child to the world of yoga is - obesity.

Some children take to yoga exercises like a duck to water and pick up quickly on the understanding as to why they are performing such exercises. But then you have those who struggle to come to terms with their exercise and have no idea to what rewards can be gained. What really matters is - as long as the kiddies are enjoying themselves then that is one rewarding result in itself.

Later in life when the child is fit and healthy - it is then that you will find the child`s perception of the whole yoga experience will answer their question as to why mummy and daddy did what they did and that was to send them to practice yoga exercises.

Yoga Exercises

Have you never questioned yourself why you are not one of the millions of people worldwide practising Yoga. People in that many numbers don`t get it wrong in choice of exercise on how to keep fit and healthy.

Research behind Yoga exercise has proven to many disbelievers that it is very affective on infected body departments like the mind - joints and muscles.

Yoga exercises practised under the guidance of an expert is the best route to take on your first introduction. Instructors can show you the best techniques on how to combat stress and stiffness of the joints.

Yoga moves and poses encourage the muscles to become fully toned up while at the same time going to work relaxing the nervous system. The power of Yoga should never be underestimated.

Body organs are not ignored. Yoga exercises see to the body organs in the way of a rub down similar to that of a massage where it acts as a detoxifier to help rid waste toxin build up in the body.

What does yoga involve is a common question asked by newcomers, well the answer to that is yoga gives you control over two things - one is your breathing and the other is the physical exercise which helps improve strength and flexibility.

Music to be played in the background of a yoga class will be picked accordingly to create an atmosphere for what ever exercise is taking place.

Orchestral tunes set the scene for a serene and mellow feel. Meditation music will relate to comforting sounds - sounds such as the call of the forest, whistling birds and wind chimes. Concentration is very important when in the sedate calm world of meditation - so therefore the music has to be suitable. For Example the famous ballet swan lake would never of had the same affect if those graceful moves were performed to the tune of I`m a Yankee Doodle dandy.

Invigorating noises that please the mind can help improve yoga exercise. The word Yoga is like music to some people`s ears due to the fact that they get to keep in shape while increasing lubrication of the ligaments, tendons and joints.

Health matters are behind many a person`s involvement with yoga because of its amazing results, helping to ease pain and pressure. Why not make the most healthiest decision in your life and let others ask themselves why they are not part of the now million and ONE people doing yoga.

You can find all sorts of herbs you want at most Wal-Mart stores. Herbs are sold in malls, herbal stores, drug stores and so on. You will herbs online as well. It is good to check out the herbs online, since you will have additional details that help you to learn what herbs are used for. Just remember to ask your family doctor before you take herbs. Some medications work against herbs despite that the herbs come from natural resources.

How do I know herbs are safe for me to take?
Herbs are natural, so in most cases herbs are very good to take. Herbs rarely cause side effects like many other drugs sold. In some instances however, people have experienced side effects, which is cause is not clear.

This is why you should visit your doctor first before taking any herbs, over-the-counter meds, or vitamins. For the most part if you find the FDA approved herbs you may not experience side effects. Keep in mind though the FDA, US Government, Pharmaceutics and so on keep some herbs out of this country, since they have proven to cure certain diseases. The US is backed by greed, which enforces particular people to focus on month, rather than healthy people. For this reason you should decide at your own risk. Most importantly however, you want to consider the herbs and its purpose first.

Health and Safety Tips at Your Workplace

Health and safety at work are some of the very important issues companies and employees look for. Employers should consider the potential dangers that might be encountered by their employees and initiate action plans to prevent these dangers. As an employee, you should be aware of your own responsibilities in the workplace.

By knowing your duties and responsibilities, it will help you improve your health and safety in the workplace. Both workers and employers have their own legitimate duties and responsibilities to look after when working together. Employees who contribute to health and safety at work are most likely safer and healthy while working.

For employers, they should not treat disabled employees unfairly. In these cases, they have the responsibility to make reasonable adjustments in ensuring that the employee is not a disadvantage at the workplace.

In addition, training and educating your employees about safety in the workplace is important. For a safety training to be successful and actually result in a positive approach, you should take the often looked training as your validation for recommended training sessions.

Most training programs provide great and imparting basic information regarding hazards you may encounter at the workplace. These trainings are also diligent enough in ensuring employees can pass a written or oral tests related to health and safety at the workplace. The behavior change aspects of trainings require the following procedures that should be completed.

1. You should establish the right and proper behavior. You may write a performance-based behavioral learning objective that can describe your required behavior.

2. Trainings should be properly analyzed so that training goals about safety and health can be determined. In determining your approach, you should establish the future desired behavior.

3. Learning goals are needed to be broken into subset of smaller task or learning objectives. It only means that behavioral objectives should be of good conditions and standards.

4. Know if the trained employee is behaving according to the trained standards. You should know the employee's knowledge by assessing him at the end of the course. It would only indicate how far the employee gains enough knowledge about safety and health at the workplace.

5. Employers are also required to take sickness certificates due to absences for being depressed or stressed seriously. It is important to inquire about the workers current problem and study the problems on what can be done to lessen the tension and depression.

6. Workers who complain do not need to be vocal and forceful about their concerns and unresolved issues. Approach the manager professionally and calmly to ensure all details are escalated in a good way.

7. Once an employee encountered injuries or he is at risks of suffering injury or health problems due to hazardous things acquired at the workplace, the employer should be responsible and should do something about it.

As an employer, you should always be sympathetic to your workers. Take concern about the risks of each employee's health and safety at the workplace.

Employers must monitor employees and should provide them time to attend seminars and trainings to ensure that their health and safety is the main concern of the management.

Your Dental Hygienist - The Key To Lifelong Dental Health

If you want to make sure that you have good teeth then you need to use the dental hygienist attached to your dental office. The dental hygienist will help you in taking care of your teeth in a preventive way.

If you don't like taking trips to the dentist then maybe you should try more trips to the dental hygienist instead. There, you are going to learn ways in which you can keep your teeth healthy without too much effort at all - just creating good, regular routines that take merely minutes each day.

You will learn how to make the most out of your time when you are cleaning your teeth.

The Role Of The Dental Hygienist In Dental Health Care

Your dental hygienist will teach you techniques on how to brush your teeth as efficiently and effectively as possible. This is something that is hugely valuable, in all sorts of ways, to a healthy mouth, and even your whole body.

If you are prepared to make the meager investment of a little time and money you will certainly benefit from such a service. If your dentist scares the pants off you, then the alternative is to pay close attention to what your dental hygienist tells you instead.

In addition, they have some really smart professional gear that they will use to clean off any really tough plaque that seems resistant to normal brushing.

Ever had that stain test that shows how old the plaque is? Well, it's not a very encouraging sight without help from them!

Flossing Is Just As Important As Brushing

Many people fail to realize just how vital flossing properly is too. It is really to know how to floss properly, because you need to reach the in between areas of your teeth where that nasty plaque builds up.

Plaque which has been implicated in more than just dental health, but, amazingly, heart disease too!

So you see, brushing alone is quite insufficient for oral care.

You have to make sure that you reach those hard to reach places in between your teeth or else it will be a haven for damage and (as we know already that nasty) plaque and you will eventually need to go to the dentist - think about the cost! This is the last thing that you want to happen to you.

If there is a saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then the advice from your dental hygienist would be, 'brush and floss' everyday, to keep your dentist at bay!

Don't forget that not only can your dental hygienist advise you on technique, but they will also be able to suggest the best toothbrush or more exotic pieces of dental equipment around today.

For example, there is a whole array of electronic toothbrushes with gizmo attachments to do this and that - you need advice to work out what's best for you and, you might be surprised with a special deal on the kit they can sell you too!

Smile With Confidence

If you want to make the most out of your teeth and smile with confidence then you must listen closely to your dental hygienist.

If you listen to them, you are going to have a much happier life (at least orally!). You will be able to smile with confidence in front of your friends and with great looking teeth, you can be assured that you will be more attractive to the opposite sex.

Do not wait for your teeth to become a major problem - it isn't the way to organize things at all. Do not wait for your smile to get raggedy round the edges - it just isn't worth it!.

Smile with confidence with regularly (twice a day will do), well brushed and flossed teeth.

Prevention is better than cure and with the support of your local dental hygienist, you can be assured of gainful insights as to the very best you can do for your teeth, gums, mouth and beyond. You do not want to end up with holes in your teeth.

Truth is, you have to listen to your dental hygienist, and do just what you are told!

Cleanse the Colon for Optimal Health

Pollution. Its become a fact of life in our modern world. Unlike the less-industrialized times of years gone by, everything we come into contact with bears the brunt of pollution. The food we eat is processed and is laden with chemical. We breathe air that is full of toxins and pollution. Even the soil that yields our crops is tainted with chemical pollution. Our livestock are fed growth hormones, chemical and drugs, and that in turn is passed on to us in the food supply. Our bodies absorb chemicals from colognes, deodorants, hair products, cleaning supplies, our cars, and our pets. Our fragile bodies are constantly exposed to pollution, whether we realize it or not. This pollution ends up in your cells, is transported throughout your unsuspected body, and ends up in your colon.

The colon was designed probably billions of years ago when pollution was not an issue. These toxic man-made pollutants provide a challenge for an uninformed colon to expel. The effect is that a lot of these yucky toxins become lodged in the colon, seeping into tiny nooks and crannies, and eventually, this intestinal garbage forms a layer on the inside of your colon, known as mucoid plaque. This offensive mucoid plaque makes your body work harder to absorb vital nutrients and little by little, it poisons your body.

This slowly accumulating layer of toxic refuse may take many years to build up, but you can guarantee that is it there. You may experience some of the symptoms of mucoid plaque that you attribute to other causes. You may start experiencing frequent tiredness, frequent headaches, a weakened immune system that causes you to get sick very easily, and you may get skin problems. A dirty colon may manifest itself through unexplained and unsightly weight gain, or a bloated feeling accompanied by painful gas. Your abdomen may show signs of protruding, and your vision may start to be effected. Most people just dismiss these symptoms as signs of aging -- but these symptoms and others are actually signs of a typical colon in distress and in dire need of a serious cleansing!

Many physicians and other health care professionals swear by colon cleansing, not only for relief of these symptoms, but also for overall optimal health and well-being. Poisonously toxic impacted fecal matter may be the culprit behind many of your common maladies as you age, and colon cleansing can do wonders to restore your former vitality and it makes your entire body function better.

Not only is impacted fecal matter (possibly years or even decades old) being stored in your colon, but many people are surprised to find that colon cleansing also reveals parasites that have been living in their colon, feasting on vital nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that your body needs. There are thousands of sickening parasites that thrive in the human colon. When a colon is weakened or is not in its optimal health, these dirty little buggers can cause serious damage and eventually make you very sick. Science estimates that a staggering two pounds or more of parasites and worms make their home in the average person's body. These spitefully malevolent parasites may be the cause of some symptoms that you simply write off as normal signs of growing older.

Good colon cleansing systems that use psyllium fiber will flush out most of these foul and revolting parasites as well as the mucoid plaque, but may leave behind more robust parasites and unhatched eggs that may number into the thousands. You can opt for a Psyllimax based product which is leaps better than just plain psyllium fiber, and that will typically be the sign of a premium colon cleansing product.

The best colon cleansing systems will go a step further and add a defense product that will support the cleanser and help to rid parasites on an ongoing basis. This product is generally taken with meals and makes a huge difference in the effectiveness of the colon cleanse.

You will see the many benefits of cleansing your colon in the days and weeks following your initial cleanse. You skin will begin to look and feel more vibrant, youthful, and rejuvenated, as cellulite, fluid retention, and bothersome blemishes begin to disappear or fade. The whites of your eyes will begin to recapture their clearness. You may see improvements in your memory. You will see some weight loss as your body is rid of unneeded waste and your systems start to function more properly and efficiently. You will feel better from the inside out as you regain your former energy. The cleansing process should make you feel like a new person, full of life and vigor.

Your Habits and your health:

For the most part, your health is upon to you. You can do much more than any physician to maintain your health and well-being. To do this, you have to get in the habit of health. At the age of fifty, individuals with good health habits are physically thirty years younger than individuals with poor health habits; you can have a physical age of sixty-five or a physical age of thirty-five. It’s up to you.

Your doctor’s examination of your heart will not prevent a heart attack, but you can greatly decrease chances of a heart attack by maintaining a good diet and exercising, and by not smoking cigarettes. You don’t really need physician to remind you that alcohol acts to destroy the liver and stomach lining, or that you can avoid lung diseases if you quit smoking tar-laden cigarettes, or that fat people have more health problems than slim people. You already know these things, and your destiny is controlled by your decisions.

In contrast, surprisingly few diseases can be prevented by actions of the physician. On occasion, the physician may detect an illness, such as high blood or cancer, at any early stage, and appropriate medical treatment can contribute significantly to you long-term health. Unfortunately, at the present time there is no way that your doctor can halt the progression of our major chronic diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes, osteoarthritis, emphysema, cirrhosis, and cancer of the lung. Perhaps it would be nice if the doctor could do it and you could avoid the responsibility, but this is not possible.

If we could eliminate all unhealthy habits, what would happen? Lung cancer and emphysema would almost completely disappear, death due to all cancers as group would decrease by almost one-half, cirrhosis of the liver would become a rare disease. Peptic ulcers and gastritis would decrease greatly, massive upper GI bleeding (bleeding from the stomach) would become unusual, pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) would be rare. High blood pressure would be less common, and there would be fewer strokes and heart attacks. Atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) would occur less frequently. We could eliminate one-half of the hospital beds now available. The cost of medical care would decrease, the price paid for the expensive bad habits would be saved, and the consumer would have more pocket money. The number of sick days would decrease by over one-half, and the national productivity would rise. An incredible set of possibilities!

Without the help of the patient, medicine can make no such promises. It is up to each of us. Here we review some of the habits that directly affect our health.

Agonizing Over Hair Loss

Agonizing over their hair loss, they try to hide it with make-up, creative hairstyles, or sometimes even hair extensions, which can actually further damage already stressed-out hair.

In fact, it is a very common and natural part of our bodily cycles, taking place daily to ensure the removal of older hairs and allow for the growth of newer, fresh hairs in our scalps. Under normal conditions, scalp hairs live for about three years (the anagen, or growing, phase); they then enter the telogen, or resting, phase. Following the telogen phase, the growth phase begins again -- new hairs grow and push out the old hair shafts.

It is normal to lose about 100 hairs every day, more of them on days when shampooing loosens the hairs that are ready to fall out. Normal shampooing can continue, because this only loosens hairs that were going to come out anyway. However, traumatic experience, such as a major operation, or old age, or the presence of certain medical conditions can hinder the rate of growth and cause excess shedding of older hairs, resulting in baldness and thinning hair.

Hair Growth Rhythm

There are several circumstances that produce a "shock to the system" that alters the hair growth rhythm. When hair loss is a side effect of a medication, hair growth usually returns to normal once the drug is stopped. The trigger for this type of baldness (called androgenetic alopecia) is DHT, a powerful sex hormone, body, and facial hair growth promoter that can adversely affect the hair on the head as well as the prostate. Fifty milligrams of silica a day is thought to encourage hair growth in young men with alopecia. Copper and zinc have been shown to inhibit growth of the enzyme that causes DHT production.

Treatments

Millions are interested in new treatments to prevent hair loss and regrow hair. Several treatments have been investigated as possible ways to prevent hair loss, but none has been absolutely effective, including: Scalp hypothermia (cryotherapy). Treatment may include:certain medications to promote hair growth (such as minoxidil and finasteride), corticosteroid injections (when treating alopecia areata), treating any underlying condition or disease hair transplants scalp reduction skin lifts and grafts. As a general rule, it is easier to maintain remaining hair than it is to regrow; however, the treatments mentioned will help some of the users suffering from Androgenetic alopecia, and there are new technologies in cosmetic transplant surgery and hair replacement systems that can be completely undetectable.

Minoxidil

If your doctor recommends a product like minoxidil that can speed up hair growth also might be helpful. In men, minoxidil may work better in areas with higher concentrations of miniaturized hairs, and its efficacy may be increased by the synergistic use of once-daily tretinoin (Retin-A) applied at separate times during the day. For hair loss due to heredity, age, hormones or certain medical conditions, the topical medication minoxidil (Rogaine) can help regrow hair or prevent more hair loss.

Currently, if you want to regrow hair, topical minoxidil is the only approved way to go. To be effective, minoxidil must be used twice a day. That doesn't mean minoxidil is by any means the panacea that men have been searching for since at least 1150 B. While Minoxidil is a vasodilator and is speculated to work, in part, by increasing blood flow to hair follicles, there is no evidence that standing on one's head can alleviate baldness.

Women; Stop Losing Your Hair!

When you wash your hair and it starts falling out in clumps, then no doubt you will panic because hair loss is the last thing your want happening to you! Sometimes you will wake up in the morning and find more loose hairs than normal on your pillow which may also alarm you. The reasons for your hair loss as a woman are pretty varied, but there is a real solution when you know where to find it. Considering that hair loss is more horrifying in women than in men; they feel more targeted by society and extremely more conscious as a result of it. Hair care all over the world for women, more so than men, is a gigantic industry, and society puts pressure on women to always look beautiful which means a healthy head of hair. It is women that have coined the saying: ‘Bad hair day!’

Some women that experience hair loss during, or immediately following pregnancy or after surgery should not panic because this hair loss is natural, though obviously not desirable. Birth control pills, menopause, and age, as well as constant harsh hair care and chemical dyes, can all result in hair loss. When you change these lifestyle factors, your body will come back to its natural balance in a short period of time, and your hair should regenerate naturally. Hair loss can also result from poor diet and fast foods, as well as stressful lifestyle factors that can be easily addressed. Whatever hair loss you are experiencing besides this however, should be properly investigated by a doctor to your mind at ease.

Unnatural Hair Loss

In many cases hair loss can be an early sign of some diseases, like diabetes or other serious illnesses, and these need to be ruled out by a doctor. When you have an itchy and scaly scalp, it is also possible that a bacterial or fungal infection is at work and hair loss will be a factor here. There are superb treatments for hair loss in women with Provillus being one of the most effective currently on the market. Using Provillus and changing certain factors to stop hair loss where you are able, is the best sensible advice. Here are a few pertinent suggestions to stop hair loss in women:

1. Discontinue the use of harsh shampoos that use chemicals such as surfactants for producing lathering because these are very tough on hair and can cause hair loss.

2. Reduce heavy hair drying and styling. Let your hair dry naturally often or change your hair style that does away for the need of curling and harsh blow waving

3. Stop dyeing your hair and treating it so much with hair care products. Too much of this will damage your hair, and, as it is brushed or combed, greater hair loss will be the undesirable result.

4. Eat properly; it is important to follow a well-balanced diet with plenty of liquids and water. Eating foods that have high protein content and natural oils, like from avocados and olives help your hair get the nutrients it needs.’

5. Get regular exercise as much as possible because this will help to increase the blood supply to your scalp. The result is that it will help keep hair follicles healthy and regenerating.

6. Try to reduce your reactions to stress, depressive moods and anxiety. Always set aside some time to relax and get peaceful. Regular vacations away from it all and from city life pollutions and chemicals in the air are vital to good health, and of course for healthy hair.

Provillus for Women
.
Provillus for women is available to help combat hair loss and with regular use your hair will regenerate into luscious tresses. Female pattern baldness responds best to Provillus for ageing women, and sufferers of menopause that are losing hair faster than they would like. Women whose moods and overall happiness are affected by hair loss should do something about it as soon as it becomes evident. In order to feel confident and attractive with a healthy had of hair means starting a course of Provillus as soon as possible because this is a sensible first plan of action. Isolate the cause of your hair loss, and if you are experiencing unnatural hair loss then do something about it right away.

A Truly Low Carb Diet

There's a newly kind of diet pill accessible that works by basically putting you on a low carb diet, but without pressuring you to give up goodies like french fries and pancakes. It's called a "carb blocker," and it operates by blocking the digestion of the sugars in the food you eat. Understanding as how giving up things is what people in general think of when they think of dieting, and giving up carbs is pretty much what a low carb diet is all about, this tiny diet pill could be a small wonder. It's really a pretty plain recipe that makes this astounding effect possible. It's a easy, natural compound that is pulled from white kidney beans named "phaseolamin." What it does is to intervene with the stomach enzyme that breaks down starches into simplified sugars, so that the carbs that you consume are never ingested into your bloodstream. Of course, if they're not absorbed, they can never be stored as fat! And if they're not stored as fat, then you get skinny! It's a superb deal. As far as diet tablets go, phaseolamin has been proven pretty extensively.

Remember, this is a natural ingredient extracted from kidney beans, so there are millenia of epidemiologic data to pronounce that small dosages are safe. And, from the research that has been completed over the last few decades, it appears that larger dosages are also absolutely secure. Choosing carb blockers looks to be just as safe for you as eating beans. There is no manifest that carb blockers intervene with the absorption of other foods. Normally important nutrients are attached to fats and proteins, which you will still be ingesting with no problem while taking carb blockers. All the same, if you're going to use carb blockers over a very extended period of time it couldn't hurt to have your doctor check your nutrient levels periodically to be certain that everything is alright.

One last matter you should know is that carb blockers don't carry any consequence on the absorption of sugar, so any sweet treats you consume will still intervene with your diet. If you take a cake, for instance, your will still absorb all the sugar from the frosting even though you are stopping out the carbs from the flour. Finally, carb blockers are not perfect; they do not obstruct 100% of the carbs you consume. The actual effectiveness appears to be almost 60%, which is still pretty satisfactory! Let's take a look at what that stands for. It implies that if you were eating 100 grams of carbohydrate per day, which is pretty reduced compared to the general American diet but not quite short enough to genuinely be "low carb," these carb blockers would pull you down to just 40 carbs per day. Forty carbs a day is emphatically a very strong low carb diet that would commonly be rather restrictive.

So you can see that carb blockers are not a whole substitution for a low carb diet, but they are wonderful in combination with a limited -carbohydrate diet.

Herbal remedies have existed for centuries, long before the invention of modern medicine. While there are instances where man made drugs are beneficial, there are a number of instances where the best possible medicine is more likely to be found growing outside than sitting on the shelf in your local pharmacy.

Today we will examine some herbal skin care products that provide visible relief, and how these medicinal herbs for skin are far safer and more effective than anything on the shelf at your local drugstore.

Most people who have been to or looking into a spa have heard of seaweed facials. Sounds kind of weird, huh? Well, there is definitely some solid science behind this. It is one of a growing list of effective medicinal herbs for skin.

Seaweed, or kelp, is known to have multiple benefits for the skin. This includes but is certainly not limited to nourishing and detoxifying the skin. Because kelp is so rich in vitamins and minerals, it also restores a healthy balance of these things to your skin.

Now I want to talk to you about a medicinal herb for skin derived from a special kind of kelp found in Japan. Derived from Wakame, a type of kelp found in the Japanese Sea comes a patented product called Phytessence Wakame.

Treasured by the people of Japan, Wakame is rich in minerals, including calcium and vitamin B. It is often dried and eaten for its health benefits. Wakame has 15 times more calcium than milk, which helps maintain the balance of moisture in the skin making it a great herbal skin care product.

Loaded with Vitamin B12, Wakame is also excellent for reducing and soothing skin inflammation. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance in your skin that works with collagen and elastin to help maintain elasticity. This acid is essential to keeping elastin and collagen fibers together. It is often broken down as we age by an enzyme called hyaluronidase.

Phytessence Wakame inhibits this enzyme, which reduces sagging and bags under the eyes. Wakame, medicinal herbs for skin, is also proven to help fight UV and pollution damage to the skin, which is a growing health concern worldwide.

Herbal extracts like Phytessence Wakame are best when used in all natural products. Man made chemicals, such as alcohols and dyes are damaging to the skin and often cause extensive inflammation and drying of the skin. Herbal skin care products offer the benefits of all natural ingredients and take away the risk of harmful side effects found with chemical based products.

There are patented all natural herbal skin care products on the market, such as Cynergy TK, or functional keratin, that when paired with Phytessence Wakame, can provide visible anti-aging results.

Another excellent ingredient is active manuka honey, which not only cleanses skin and tightens pores, but actually boosts the immune system due to its high antibacterial properties.

Medicinal herbs for skin are often rich in antioxidants. A good combination of the ingredients mentioned in this article can provide a level of skin care and protection that no chemical based product can live up to. I urge you to look into herbal skin care products and give these products a try today. Look for a company who will give your money back if you are not satisfied and you truly have nothing to lose, and healthy skin to gain.

Apricot Seeds For Immune System Health

We all want our immune systems to function well. After all, it is our immune systems that keep us from getting ill. It is easy to see which people have stronger immune systems sometimes. For example, take a look at teachers in an elementary school building. Some teachers may come down with every cold, flu, or bug that is going around—these are typically the newly hired teachers or teachers who are new to that particular school system. The other teachers who rarely get ill have stronger immune systems in relation to those types of illnesses because their bodies have adapted to that specific setting.

There are ways to boost the immune system, though—methods through which anyone can work to try to strengthen his immune system so as to be less susceptible to both regular, everyday types of illnesses and more serious illnesses such as cancer.

You can boost your immune system through the use of apricot seeds. Though many conventional doctors may not subscribe to this theory, it does work (and anyway, conventional doctors nearly always reject alternative therapies out of hand, don’t they?).

Taking apricot seeds works to prevent ‘bad’ cells in your body from forming, thus strengthening your immune system. Apricot seeds have the toxin cyanide as part of their structure; this cyanide, though, is only released when the amygdalin of the apricot seeds comes into contact with a ‘bad’ cell in your body. At that point, the cyanide works to destroy the bad cell.

If you take apricot seeds on a regular basis, your body will remain detoxified and free of the ‘bad’ cells that commonly cause the more serious types of illnesses, including cancer.

There are hundreds of different types of cancer. The odds of getting some type of cancer at some point during your lifetime are relatively high—especially considering what scientists tell us.

They tell us that our bodies are continually making cancerous cells. That’s pretty scary, isn’t it? Well, there is a way to prevent those cancerous cells from ever developing into cancer—a way to destroy those cells before they have a chance to do any harm. It involves the use of apricot seeds.

Normally our immune systems can deal with the cancerous cells that our bodies are producing, scientists say. However, what if yours cannot? That means you will develop some type of cancer. So, perhaps you should try taking apricot seeds as a method of cancer prevention…just in case.

Any Apricot Seeds?

Now, before you head off to your local health foods store or nutrition store and grab whatever bag of apricot seeds you can find, there are a few things you need to know. First and foremost, the apricot seeds you would find at your local store are not the type of seeds you could use for cancer prevention.

Health food stores carry either sun-dried or roasted apricot kernels. While these may have nutritive benefits, they do not have any type of cancer preventive properties. Instead, you need raw apricot seeds.

Why Raw Apricot Seeds?

Raw apricot seeds have a special construction that allows them to destroy cancerous cells—in the process of roasting the seeds or sun-drying the seeds, this special construction is, itself, destroyed. Roasted and sun-dried seeds do not have the component that is necessary to destroy the cancer cells.

Raw seeds are comprised of amygdalin. Amygdalin has cyanide locked away that only cancer cells can unlock. When the amygdalin comes into contact with a cancer cell, the cyanide comes and destroys the cell. It is this component that the roasted and sun-dried apricot seeds are lacking. Amygdalin is also called B17. In its extracted, pure form it is also known as laetrile. Laetrile has been used to treat cancer sufferers in some cancer clinics.

Wealth & Your Health

Why have I included an article on wealth in a Health & Fitness newsletter? Because your level of financial security can have an amazing affect on your level of health. If you've never experienced any kind of stress or physical discomfort because of money lack or bills to pay then don't read any further! Otherwise we will explore some of these connections together.

Can you believe this? A few years ago, psychologist Sheldon Cohen conducted an experiment. First, he asked adults a key question about their childhoods. Then, he squirted cold viruses up their noses (this man needs another hobby) and watched his subjects for several days to see which of them got sick.

The question asked was "Did your parents own their home when you were a kid?"

Actually, Cohen asked that question once for every year from birth to age 18 and found that the more years your parents owned their own home, the less likely you were to develop a cold! (Please don't get upset with your parents every time you get a cold - blame your friends, I do!)

Think about it yourself. When you're bills are paid and you have a decent amount of cash sitting in the bank you usually feel much more comfortable. On the other hand living on the edge (financially) all the time can really take a toll on your health. Financial stress can lead to insomnia, loss of sexual ability, hair loss, low immune function, heart problems and even stomach ulcers.

These problems aren't just experienced by the individual, but also by low-income areas, and poorer countries, they can affect entire communities. Poor people and low income earners cannot afford the best quality food (or sometimes any food), are more likely to ingest low grade food items and have less access to good quality health care.

It doesn't take a degree in rocket science to see the correlation between good health and wealth and yet so many people fail to make the connection. Wealth is seen as a completely separate item. Getting out of debt and becoming financially fit is like joining a gym and eating a healthy diet - you start to look and feel better all round.

Have a look at these American Stats (I couldn't find any Australian figures, but I'm guessing they wouldn't be far off);

INCOMES AND OUTCOMES
(Yearly family income)

Americans who report good health

Under $20,000: 37
$40,000-$60,000: 56
Over $80,000: 71
$20,000-$40,000: 12.8
$60,000-$80,000: 8.5

Here's another interesting, if not frightening piece of information regarding wealth & health;

The net worth of the obese is roughly half that of those with normal body mass. As young baby boomers age, peak net worth slowly shifts toward those with lower mass. Boomers with a body mass index (BMI) of 22 in 1985 held the most net worth, but by 2000 the peak shifted to those with a BMI of 17. From 1985 to 2000, for every one-point BMI increase, net worth on average fell $1,000, holding other factors like income constant.

Surprisingly, part of the reason BMI is inversely related to net worth is because lighter people receive more inheritances than heavier individuals. Can you believe that? Stats also show that you are more likely to get a raise if you are thinner, and even more so if you are taller.

What's the take home message here? Healthy, fit people are more likely to take care of their money, and folks with good financial circumstances usually have better health. If you can lessen your debts and pay your bills on time you may just end up with a better immune system - and live longer!

Natural Health is Best

You might consider it peculiar, that nowadays when so many people are well informed, they don't care for their bodies with due reverence. Paradoxically, the body is often abused by the purposeful, or airborne, intake of unhealthy substances, to the extent that it compels you to wonder what the advice you receive is worth. It seems to be of little value, insofar as dealing with natural health is the issue, and also has not equipped people to avoid health problems, that are often created by themselves.

As opposed to building up their own natural defenses, many people have come to turn to professional assistance when they feel under the weather. They appear to be unaware that prolonged abuse, or lack of exercise, or eating the wrong foods has added to their present incapacity. Let us reiterate that people commonly don't allocate enough time to caring for their most precious asset, in other words the human body. If you deny yourself the basic necessities it will not be long, before it begins to tell. Then people may turn to traditional medicine for an over the counter or prescription drug, not appreciating that even if it does work, it will not be for long, if they don't change and look after their natural health.

Peculiarly, some people look upon complementary medicine as worthless, or at least not established as being of any value. Eastern forms of medicine have created Yoga, Acupuncture, Transcendental Meditation, and other practices that are generally considered useful in Western countries. Did you know that there are some insurers, in North America, who reduce life insurance for those individuals who have learned the TM technique? It is generally accepted that acupuncture eases pain, and it has become evident that some Western doctors, offer a form of Eastern medicine in their facilities.

You may have heard it said that you are what you eat, but no one would like to wake up resembling a grease laden fry up! It's a fair evaluation because naturally grown fruit and vegetables are substantially better if you want to be naturally healthy. Recall the aroma of fresh fruit, such as a sliced banana, or fresh bowl of pineapple chunks. Look at the inherent beauty of this sort of food, and contrast it with the smell of burning oil. Follow the advice to consume about 5 - 9 fruits and vegetables per day, and try to err towards the upper end.

Whatever we do requires a certain amount of energy, and in this respect food is our fuel. Since we wouldn't fill our cars with corrosive water, we shouldn't fill our intestines with grease and fat. Similarly, its no use having a tank full of the right fuel if you don't have a regular service, which is where exercise is necessary, to protect our natural health and well-being. So many ways are available to expend energy usefully, and enjoyably; playing squash, badminton or working out in the gym, amongst many others. Obviously a number of calories are used up at work, but for the sake of your natural health opt for something of positive benefit when you have time on your hands.

Diseases of Hands-Skin Disorders

Allergic contact dermatitis, like atopic dermatitis, almost always begins on the dorsal surface of the fingers and hands. This predilection is most likely due to the protective effect of the thick keratin found on the palmar aspect of the fingers and hands. Allergic contact dermatitis differs from atopic dermatitis in that excoriations are less prominent and a visible eruption precedes the scratching. Before a diagnosis of allergic contact dermatitis can be proven, however, several things must occur: a suspected contactant must be identified; a positive result to patch testing must be obtained; and the patient must demonstrate improvement when the contaclant is removed. The most readily identifiable type of allergic contact dermatitis is that of nickel allergy because the emplion occurs in such close proximity to the offending ring, bracelet, or watchband. Many industrial chemicals cause allergic contact dermatitis of the hands. The agents most commonly involved are chromates and epoxy resins. Cosmetics (cinnamates, lanolin, Peruvian balsam) are occasional offenders. Soaps and detergents cause irritant, rather than allergic, contact dermatitis.

Irritant contact dermatitis is characterized by the presence of chapping, cracking, and fissuring. Inflammation, weeping, crusting, and excoriations are considerably less prominent. The changes of irritant contact dermatitis occur most commonly on the volar aspects of the fingers, but the palms and dorsal surface of the hands, particularly over the knuckles, may also be involved. The skin is dull red and often has a shiny or glistening surface. Tingling or burning pain is present; pruritus is not prominent. The diagnosis is based on the clinical appearance and on the history of frequent exposure to soap, water, or other solvents. Irritant contact dermatitis is an occupational hazard for mothers, housewives, waitresses, bartenders, and those in the health professions. A second type of irritant contact dermatitis occurs because of moisture retention and maceration under wide rings. Thus, eczematous changes around rings may be either allergic or irritant in etiology. Patch testing to metals may be necessary to differentiate between these two possibilities.

Scabies is an infrequent cause of hand eczema. It is characterized by initial development of solitary vesicles or inflammatory vesicopapules in the web spaces. From there, eczematous changes can spread onto the dorsal surface of the hands and fingers. The diagnosis is based on this distribution pattern, evidence of contagion, recovery of the mite, and the presence of typical lesions at other body sites.

Autoeczematization (or autosensitization) is a reaction pattern in which eczematous disease elsewhere on the skin induces "metastatic" eczematous lesions at some distant site. The hands, particularly the palms and fingers, are frequently involved in this reaction. A vesicular component that resembles dyshidrosis is often present. A diagnosis of autoeczematization is likely: (1 ) if vesiculation is explosive in onset, (2) if there is minimal grouping of the vesicles, and most importantly, (3) when marked eczematous disease is found on the feet or elsewhere on the body.

The diagnosis and therapy for hand eczema are complicated because more than a single process is frequently involved. Thus, dyshidrotic eczema, allergic contact dermatitis,

and scabies are often complicated by the concomitant presence of either the itch-scratch cycle (atopic dermatitis) or irritant contact dermatitis resulting from soap and water exposure. With so many processes occurring at once, it is easy to see why many clinicians give up trying to sort out the individual processes responsible for the problem and simply label it "hand eczema." Nevertheless, since the treatment varies with each of the processes, it is important to identify them individually. As mentioned above, where this cannot be done on the basis of history and examination, it may be necessary to use a short course of systemic steroids so that the initial characteristic changes can be identified as they recur.

Assessing For Your Health

Mammography, an x-ray examination of the breast, detects early signs of breast cancer. The American Cancer Society recommends that mammography screening begin by age 40. Women ages 40 to 49 should get a mammogram every 1 to 2 years, depending on physical and mammographic findings. Women age 50 and older should get a mammogram yearly. High-risk women may be advised to have mammograms more often and at an earlier age.

Pelvic examination and Pap smears detect abnormalities of the ovaries, uterus, and cervix. The American Cancer Society recommends an annual Pap test starting at age 18 or when sexual activity begins, whichever comes first. Pap smears should not be done during the menstrual period. The test is more accurate during the first half of the cycle if oral contraceptives are taken. Midcycle is preferred in most other menstruating women. Regardless of when the test is done, the technician reading the smear must know whether you are taking oral contraceptives or estrogen-replacement therapy and when the last menstrual period began. Only with this information can the smear be accurately interpreted.

A complete eye examination includes a test for visual acuity; tonometry, a painless test for glaucoma; and cataract check. The American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends a complete eye examination from puberty to age 40 only if eye discomfort or vision problems occur. After age 40 a glaucoma test and cataract (a clouding over the lens) check should be done every 2 to 3 years.

Electrocardiograms (ECGs) are used to detect irregularities of the heart. Although there is some debate about its use as a routine screening procedure for asymptomatic (without symptoms) low-risk individuals, an ECG reading by age 35 provides a point for subsequent comparisons. Chest pain, hypertension, and symptoms of cardiovascular disease justify earlier ECGs. Stress tests use ECG to assess how the heart functions under the stress of exercise and are routine when symptoms are present.

Chest x-ray examinations are valuable diagnostic tools for people with chest symptoms, respiratory diseases, and heart problems. For people without symptoms, their routine use is questionable. Several groups of experts, including those associated with the Food and Drug Administration, recommend discontinuation of chest x-ray examinations in most cases. However, if you go to a hospital or often your doctor's office, you can anticipate a chest x-ray study more out of the need to comply with business policy than for diagnostic potential. Avoid a chest x-ray test if you may be pregnant.

Prostate cancer tests detect prostate cancer, the most common cancer among men. Men 40 years of age and older should have an annual digital rectal examination. Combined with a blood test that looks for prostate specific antigens (PSA), the digital examination significantly improves the chances of detecting early signs of cancer. The blood test for PSA should be performed annually on men age 50 and 01der.

An HIV test is recommended for people who think they may have been infected with the HIV virus. This includes people who have had unprotected sex or a blood transfusion, have used IV drugs, or have participated in high-risk behaviors. After the blood test, these people should avoid high-risk behavior for 6 months to a year and then retest.
Immunization for Adults

Many people believe that immunizations (administration of a preparation or vaccine, usually in the form of injections, for providing immunity or preventing a disease) are only for children. Consequently, many thousands of adults die every year of diseases they would not have acquired if they had received standard vaccines. For example, 20,000 people aged 65 and above die prematurely because they fail to get an annual flu shot. 24 Deaths from measles, rubella, mumps, tetanus, and diphtheria affect adults more than children-a complete reversal of 30 years ago. In addition, 40,000 people die each year from pneumococcal infections; influenza viruses kill 20,000 more. Of the 300,000 people who contract hepatitis E, 10,000 are admitted to a hospital and about 5000 die.

Adult immunization is recommended to prevent or ameliorate influenza, pneumonia, hepatitis B measles, rubella (German measles), tetanus, and diphtheria.

A chicken pox vaccine was approved in the spring of 1995. Children under can be immunized with a single injection. Adults get two shots, 4 to 6 weeks apart. The vaccine is recommended for adults who come into contact with susceptible children, such as health-care workers, day-care center employees, and elementary school teachers.

Focus On Your Health, Your Weight Will Take Care Of Itself

Everyone writes about weight loss and diets these days so I wanted to write an information packed article about the benefits of good health. What most people don't realize is that when you focus your attentions on practicing the right steps towards a healthy vibrant lifestyle you will very rarely find yourself over weight or battling the diseases that go along with poor health.

- Diabetes
- Hypertension (Stress)
- Obesity
- Bad Cholesterol
- High Blood Pressure

Do these words sounds all too familiar?

These are the buzz words of our time...listen to the news or read a magazine, its all that we hear these days. This is the legacy we pass on to our future generation. These are the words that describe poor health.

Unfortunately, all of our focus these days is on Diet and body image when it should stress the importance of good health. Society dictates that thin is in! The advertising industry invests billions of dollars in the marketing of miracle fat burners and quick loss schemes that promise amazing overnight results. The fact is that most fad diets are developed by people with little to no scientific or health background. Most quick weight loss diets may produce short term results that in turn prove harmful with long term side effects for the very people who suffer from the health problems I have listed above

Your body weight and clothes size is not a reliable indication of a healthy person. No two people have the same body composition. Ask any doctor or nutritionist and they will likely state that the true measure of health and longevity has mainly to do with proper diet, healthy eating habits, a high degree of exercise and most of all a sound mental outlook on life.

Good health is not hard to achieve. Below is a complete list of healthy habits to practice throughout your life and I can almost guarantee that when you focus on your health, the excess weight will naturally take care of itself

Check List For A Healthy Lifestyle

1. Eat a well rounded diet each day consisting of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and calcium rich foods.

2. Replace large meals with 5 small low fat, high fiber meals.

3. Drink plenty of water. Make sure to drink at least 15 oz. of water in the morning to start your day. This will hydrate your organs and body and get your system off to a good start.

4. Limit your alcoholic beverage intake.

5. Limit caffeine intake and all other beverages that contain fat or high amounts of sugar.

6. Practice deep breathing exercises. When you breathe deep through your diaphragm and exhale slowly, this will reduce daily stress and stimulate your lymph nodes to help cleans and flush toxins from your body

7. Do at least 30-45 minutes of strenuous exercise per day. This will burn calories, rev up your metabolism, tone your muscles and also reduce stress levels.

8. Take a good multi-vitamin along with certain natural supplements that will enhance your energy level and replace important nutrients not absorbed with your meals. * Note: Consult with your doctor or a licensed nutritionist before setting up your dietary plan.

9. Be good to yourself! Do something each day that brings you personal joy. Read a good book, travel, meditate, garden, enjoy your pets, spend quality time with your spouse, get together with friends. All of these are good suggestions that will relieve stress and create a healthy & positive state of mind.

Erection Problems And Your Health

Virtually every man will experience some sort of erection failure at some point in their lives. As embarrassing as this can be many of these will be minor, one off incidents that can be traced to too much alcohol consumption (brewer's droop) or even simply not being in the mood for love making.

As men get older, so the chances of them suffering from erection problems increases. By the time they reach the age of 70 between 60 to 70% of men will be having difficulties achieving or maintaining an erection.

Just a few years ago it was assumed that most cases of impotence in younger men had a psychological cause. This view has now changed. Most impotence problems, whatever your age, are usually due to underlying medical conditions that may or may not have been diagnosed. Your penis is a good indicator of your general health and for this reason difficulties with erections shouldn't be ignored or dismissed as a sign of aging.

As a good blood supply to the penis is essential for an erection it's no surprise that medical conditions like atherosclerosis (clogged arteries) are often behind poor penile performance. This is why men with erectile dysfunction are at higher risk from heart attacks and strokes.

One of the best ways to end up with erection difficulties is to smoke. This is because smoking is such a good way to damage your arteries which then cause erections to fail. Diseases that cause nerve damage can also cause impotence.

Medical conditions that are known to sometimes cause erectile dysfunction include -

Diabetes

High blood pressure (hypertension)

Thyroid disease

Renal failure

Severe liver disease

Often erection failures are one of the first indications that something is going wrong. Unfortunately men are notoriously bad at seeking medical help. They are even more unlikely to go to their doctor when the subject is one of poor sexual performance. In the UK studies have suggested that only a mere 10% of men will visit their doctor if they are having problems with their erections. Only after more serious symptoms have started to appear is medical help sought. By this time long term damage may have occurred.

If your erection problems have appeared very suddenly then they may be of psychological origin. If, however, they have appeared quite gradually, getting worse and worse, then a medical problem is indicated. If you then reach for the little blue pills without knowing what's really the matter you could make the situation a lot worse.

Don't let embarrassment about seeing your doctor put your long term health or even your life at risk. You will be asked intimate questions about your sex life and performance but doctors have heard it all before and to them erectile dysfunction is simply a symptom not a reflection on your manhood.

The Extreme Health Dangers Of Excess Abdominal Fat

Did you know that the vast majority of people in this day and age have excess abdominal fat? The first thing that most people think of is that their extra abdominal fat is simply ugly, is covering up their abs from being visible, and makes them self conscious about showing off their body.

However, what most people don't realize is that excess abdominal fat in particular, is not only ugly, but is also a dangerous risk factor to your health. Scientific research has clearly determined that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have excess abdominal fat.

There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it.

Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are serious health risk factors, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. Both of them greatly increase the risk your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases. Excess belly fat has been associated in studies with higher levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), an indicator of inflammation within the body that can lead to heart disease.

Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your system on a consistent basis.

If you care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities! There's just no way around it. Besides, a side effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive ugly abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach fat, you will be able to visibly see those sexy six pack abs that everyone wants.

So what gets rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there actually a REAL solution beyond all of the gimmicks and hype that you see in ads and on commercials for "miracle" fat loss products?

The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can't spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn't work that way.

The only solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body. Both your food intake as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right.

I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise & diet combined group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

Now the important thing to realize is that just any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this everyday at the gym.

Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw in a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think that they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong.

Well, the good news is that I've spent over a decade researching this topic, analyzing the science, and applying it "in the trenches" with myself as well as thousands of my clients from all over the world to see what works to really stimulate abdominal fat loss.

The entire solution... all of the nutritional strategies, as well as training sequences, exercise combinations, and more have all been compiled in my Truth About Six Pack Abs Program.

Keep in mind that the point of this whole program is NOT abdominal exercises (that is only a very small portion of it). The main point of this program is showing you the absolute most effective strategies for losing your stubborn abdominal fat, so you can get rid of that dangerous health risk, as well as get a flatter more defined midsection.

If you follow the guidelines, you WILL lose your belly fat that has been plaguing you for years. This is not guesswork... it is a proven system that works time and time again for all of my clients on every corner of the globe that actually apply these strategies. If you apply it, the results will come. It's really that simple.

The only reason most people fail in their fitness goals is that they have good intentions at first to adopt a new lifestyle, yet after a few weeks or months, they abandon their good intentions and slip right back into their old bad habits that gave them the excess body fat in the first place.

I want to help you succeed in finally getting rid of that extra abdominal fat that is not only UGLY, but also DANGEROUS. A lot of people have emailed me with questions about whether they need any special equipment, if they're too old or too young for this program, etc. I've made a page that should answer all of your questions...

The next stage is resting, KATAGEN, at this stage the hair does not grow and stay static for three weeks. One way to test if we are losing our hair is to pull your hair if you end up with more than 4-5 hairs in your hand you might have a problem. Another test is counting the hairs on your pillow in the morning. More than 8 hairs are indication to serious hair loss.

Women and men lose hair differently. Among men hair loss is usually related to hormones and genetics. It is a hereditary phenomenon which could jump over generations. While women, suffer from a larger variety of reasons. Hereditary is the main reason, as with men, and more reasons like: cold weather, high fever diseases, infective diseases, lack of protein, depression, high cholesterol, and more.

Hairs on the pillow are usually a result of hereditary, typical men oriented. Another symptom, is losing hair from the forehead, AGA, the hair becomes downy and thin until it completely falls off.
